FAULTY GOODS
All returns of faulty items are subject to manufacturers' warranties.
Like most online stores all our warranties are on a Return to Base basis, this allows us and our supplier to inspect the goods and take the appropriate course of action.
This means that the customer is responsible for return delivery costs.
Solo Corse is not resposible for any postage costs incurred for any returned item.
If your purchase develops a fault within its 12 month guarantee period we will ask you to post the item to us (at your expense) and arrange to repair and return the product to you free of charge (UK only).
If we find no fault with your item the full cost of return postage will be charged to your credit/debit card account. Alternatively you may arrange collection by courier at your expense.
This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, faulty installation or misuse, for which there can be no refund or exchange.
Some items we sell should be fitted by a competent and recognised installer, failure to observe this will nullify the warranty also.
