Easy to use
Start the engine, connect the suit to the heat exchanger device built into the engine, switch on the Thermoflash heating system, set the temperature – and you are ready to go.
The Thermoflash heated suit is heated with the energy taken from the cooling water of the engine. The user can set their desired temperature between 35 and 55°C (95 to 130°F). One pump circulates the hot cooling liquid through a heat exchanger, and then back to the engine. On the other side of the heat exchanger, another pump circulates the bio-antifreezing fluid into the suit at the temperature set by the user. The Thermoflash system does not affect the power of the engine or the battery, but the heating power of 90°C cooling water temperature is 3800 Watts! The maximum power of any electrically heated suits cannot exceed 130 Watts, because together with other electrical systems on the bike, the generator would not be able to recharge the battery.
Note: Only suitable for liquid cooled bikes.
