Terms and conditions
By entering this site you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use thereof. These terms and conditions are governed and constructed according to English Law. All references throughout this site to "Solo Corse", should be taken to mean the company of Solo Corse. Although Solo Corse will endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all the information within this web site, we shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from use of this site. Price and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Initial price shown on any product with variants is the lowest price for that item. The final price of an item will depend on the ultimate variant selected. Pricing will always be displayed at checkout showing the final cost of the specific item selected. E&OE Prices shown are webshop only prices, and may not be available other than for orders placed online. The title of the goods will remain the property of Solo Corse until payment is received in full. To protect your security and prevent credit card fraud where possible, we reserve the right to ask for proof of ID and to carry out a credit check where necessary. We accept credit/debit card payments via Visa, Mastercard and Switch/Maestro. Credit card payments are debited at the time of order. In the event that Solo Corse are unable to fulfil an order within a reasonable time frame due to insufficient stock, the customer will be notified of an expected delivery date and, should this prove unsuitable to the customer, a full refund will be given. You may supply your credit card information over the Internet. Do not submit credit or debit card information via email as this is not a secure method. Your Right To Cancel You have 7 days to cancel the order from the day after that on which you received the goods. You must inform us of you wish to cancel in writing by recorded mail or by Email with a return-receipt obtained and must be dated and sent to our correct business address or email address as listed on out contact page. If the goods are not complete, new and unused then a restocking fee may apply,dependant upon any damage or loss to product or packaging. Goods must be returned at your own cost and risk, please insure the goods and ensure a signature is obtained for the goods on arrival at our premises. During the period prior to official receipt by us of the goods being returned, the customer must look after the goods and ensure they are insured at their own cost. You may not cancel your order if any software supplied with the product or as the product has been unsealed. Refunds will be made within 30 days to the original credit/charge/debit card the goods were purchased on or in the case of a cheque payment a cheque written to the original person/company who issued the original cheque as applicable. If we agree to accept goods back after 7 days then a restocking fee of 40% of the value of the original sale would be applicable. Solo Corse is not resposible for any postage costs incurred for any returned item. Please email us qouting your reason for return and your original order number to: sales@solocorse.co.uk All delivery timescales given are estimates. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and inform you of the expected delivery date. However, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, your credit card payment will be refunded immediately. Minimum order value £10.00 excluding carriage. All returns to be in accordance with our returns policy which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions. Pictures shown are for illustration purposes only, and may not reflect exactly the current design of the product listed. All trademarks and brands, and their respective owners are acknowledged. By purchasing any product or item you are thereby agreeing to the above stated terms and conditions. |
